Able Assess is a digital functional health assessment platform that enables any care worker to capture four gold-standard clinical metrics — grip strength, sit-to-stand, gait speed, and timed up and go — in under five minutes. Results are scored against age-matched normative data and delivered instantly to the care team.
Integration & Deployment
Yes. Able Assess offers HL7 and FHIR compliant APIs and integrates with major EHR platforms including PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and Epic. Custom integrations are also available.
Pricing & Contracts
We offer a straightforward annual SaaS subscription based on the number of active users or patient census, depending on your setting. Hardware, training, and ongoing support are all included.
Security & Compliance
Yes. All data is encrypted end-to-end (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and stored in ISO 27001-certified, HIPAA and GDPR compliant data centers. We undergo annual SOC 2 Type II audits.
