Dr Paul Rinne is a healthcare entrepreneur with a PhD in Neuroscience, dedicated to creating impactful digital health solutions focussed on healthspan and longevity.
As the founder and CEO of two companies, he leads GripAble, focused on neurorehabilitation technologies, and Able Care with a focus on personalized, predictive, and preventative care.
His work is driven by a commitment to delivering value-based care and leveraging data-driven digital transformation to enhance patient outcomes to make advanced care accessible to all.
Dr Mike Mace completed his PhD in Bioengineering from Imperical College London, before also working as a Research Associate in rehabilitation technology for its Human Robotics Group.
There he was the group lead on rehabilitation technology projects for physical therapy, assessment and motor control studies. He pioneered the GripAble device with Dr Paul Rinne.
Together they tested and developed the sensor in partnership with occupational and physical therapists, patients and leading academic institutions. Subsequently they co-founded both GripAble and Able Care.
Danielle Richards is the Commercial Director at both GripAble and Able Care, where she leads our business and marketing strategy.
She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cambridge Judge Business School and also worked as a Risk Analyst at Google for the Cambridge Judge Global Consultancy Project.
She is passionate about the intersection between technology and health to change lives, with a strong track record growing start-ups and scale ups with a focus on commercial strategy.
