How it works

From unbox to results in five steps

01

Unbox and Charge

The sensor arrives ready to use. Download the Able Assess app, pair via Bluetooth and you are up and running in five minutes.

02

Staff Training

A 15-minute video or live session covers sensor positioning, the guided workflow and how to interpret results. No clinical certification needed.

03

Run Your First Screening

Select the person, hand them the sensor and follow the on-screen prompts. Grip strength and balance assessment completed in under five minutes.

04

Review Results

A real-time risk score categorizes each person as low, moderate or high risk. Clinical recommendations are generated automatically. All results are auto-saved.

05

Share with Families and Payers

Send a secure link, export via FHIR, generate a PDF report or push to OASIS. All sharing is GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Recipients do not need an account.

Integration with falls prevention

Screening is the starting point, not the end. Able Assess results feed directly into multifactorial falls prevention programs. A high-risk score triggers referral pathways, care plan adjustments and targeted interventions.

Every screening creates a documented evidence trail. This supports regulatory compliance, satisfies payer requirements and gives families confidence that risk is being managed proactively.
